Technical Tip: Google Page Rank

    Websites are often measured by the "Google Page Rank" which serves as a kind of  'value index' to different websites, akin perhaps to the Dow Jones stock index.  This index measures a number of things, including the degree to which a website is esteemed in the world of cyberspace.  This rank goes from 1 to 10, ten being the highest and one being the lowest.  While, for example, ABC.com has an index of 8,  CBS.com has an index of 7.  Another comparison might be that of ICTAL.ORG to CIENCIAPR.ORG; what is the difference?  Some examples, from Puerto Rico, are the following: Voz del Centro (4), Centro Para la Nueva Economia CNE (3), Centro de Investigaciones Historicas CIH (4), Instituto Empresarial de la Mujer (4), Tecnetico (4), Tecnocato (4), TecnoCaribe (4), RadioUniversidad (5), Analisis Noticioso-Canal 40 with Roberto Loran and Nestor Figueroa Lugo (1), and finally Universia-PR (6).
