Divers interact with a 300-strong fever of poisonous stingrays
This is the moment a pair of divers come face-to-face with more than 300 mobula rays emerging from the depths.
The surreal images, captured a mile off the coast of Baja California in Mexico, show the huge group of rays, known collectively as a 'fever', gliding up towards the snorkelers.
The graceful fish, which can grow to three feet wide and are closely related to sharks, are seen swimming up towards the surface where the tropical waters can reach a balmy 20C.
